Software Training/Implementation Specialist

Job Description
Train and implement new and existing customers on all QMS & ERP platform software products. This involves on-site and virtual training sessions/meetings. Train new and existing customers on various modules and features of our software products. This position may also be asked to provide project management assistance and data conversion/imports in addition to assisting with tier 1 application support.
Responsibilities
- Inquiring, reviewing, and analyzing customers’ existing processes and requirements to provide recommendations when transitioning during software implementation
- Identifying product improvements
- Validating new product releases
- Assisting with creating and maintaining Help File and User Manual documentation
- Assisting with maintaining implementation/start-up documentation and curriculum
- Assisting with creating and presenting training webinars
- Working with, collaborating, and partnering with other team members to achieve company goals
- Some travel – Paid for by company
Skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office – especially Word & Excel
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external parties.
- Needs to have good time management skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Must have good understanding of database driven & Web Based applications.
- Must have a very good understanding of Microsoft Windows & Various Web Browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
- Must have the ability to provide effective training
- Independent - Problem Solving and ability to create “outside the box” solutions
- Intermediate knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting
