Technical Support Specialist

Support new and existing customers with various needs to successfully use our software products. Respond to customer technical questions and concerns for all QMS & ERP platform software products. This involves calls, emails, and virtual sessions/meetings. This position may also be asked to provide analysis on trends and improvement ideas from customer interaction, in addition to assisting with data conversion/imports and/or software validation.
