QT9 Software is seeking a multifaceted, high performing individual to join our sales team on-site in a fun working environment! The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, can demonstrate web software technology, and is capable of building and growing the pipeline of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire end-to-end sales process.
- Responsible for scheduling demos through phone calls and emails.
- Proactively conduct virtual web demos of our software.
- Strong communication and forthright closing skills.
- Maintain and track records of calls and email through our CRM.
- Tenacity and persistence to keep candidates engaged in the process.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
- Prompt follow-up flexibility.
- Must maintain and communicate pipeline and forecast through HubSpot.
- Ability to sustain high levels of activity.
- Methodically qualify, build, and maintain a sales pipeline; maintain a volume of activity including outbound calls & emails.
- Thrive in a continuous changing environment while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable.
- Self-motivated and strong initiative.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
