Job Description

QT9 Software is seeking a multifaceted, high performing individual to join our sales team on-site in a fun working environment! The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, can demonstrate web software technology, and is capable of building and growing the pipeline of the business.


  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales process.
  • Responsible for scheduling demos through phone calls and emails.
  • Proactively conduct virtual web demos of our software.
  • Strong communication and forthright closing skills.
  • Maintain and track records of calls and email through our CRM.
  • Tenacity and persistence to keep candidates engaged in the process.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
  • Prompt follow-up flexibility.
  • Must maintain and communicate pipeline and forecast through HubSpot.
  • Ability to sustain high levels of activity.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and maintain a sales pipeline; maintain a volume of activity including outbound calls & emails.
  • Thrive in a continuous changing environment while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable.
  • Self-motivated and strong initiative.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BA or BS) or Related on the Job Experience
