Job Description

QT9 Software is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for an exceptional on-site Business Development Representative (“BDR”) to join our Enterprise Sales Team! You’ll work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, and most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in the growing software technology field. To support our explosive growth, we are heavily investing in our sales team.

We are looking for a team member who can share QT9’s story with prospective clients and set up revenue-generating meeting opportunities for our sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Strategically researching/identifying potential client contacts, generating leads, and uncovering high-value opportunities.
  • Hunt for new sales leads using digital strategies and research tools.
  • Communicating QT9’s business model to potential clients in an impactful way.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.
  • Driving revenue-generating meetings through outbound phone calls.
  • Conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Successfully diagnosing the client’s key business needs to ensure a high quality of interaction in the first sales meeting.
  • Maintaining and tracking sales records though our CRM.
  • Supporting Sales in all aspects of the sales cycle.

About You

  • You are highly motivated, gritty, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have the ability to sustain high levels of activity day in and day out.
  • You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and an independent mindset.
  • You get energized by interfacing with clients and can communicate effectively via email, phone, video, and in-person.
  • You are motivated by uncapped commissions based on overachievement and excellent activity.
  • You want to build a career in sales.
  • You desire to work in a new role that will be continuously evolving.
  • 1-2 years of applicable client facing experience.
  • Eloquent and self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with C-level contacts.
  • You’ve completed your Bachelor’s degree.
