We are adding an ERP Accounting Specialist to the existing team to train internal and external parties on accounting for ERP and respond to new and existing customers' related questions and needs. This involves calls, emails, and virtual sessions/meetings.

Responsibilities
- Execute training for customers on ERP Accounting Modules including but not limited to A/P, A/R, GL/JE, and reporting
- Create documentation around the accounting process for internal and external stakeholders
- Project Management – Ensure clients meet milestones and have consistent follow up
- Consult with clients on transition from QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
- Collaborate with internal team members to refine processes
- Support Professional Services in delivering solutions beyond standard scope
- Refine accounting training process in implementation project
- Train customers to relevant operations modules such as Sales and Purchasing
- Conduct trainings via remote systems like MS Teams
- Identify and create process improvement solutions that increase efficiency of existing financial functions in ERP
- Support QC process of accounting-related modules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or/and related on-the-job experience
- 4-6 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office – especially Word & Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external parties
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing accounting
- 3-5 years implementing accounting packages or ERP systems
- ERP accounting implementation/consulting experience a plus
- Very good understanding of Microsoft Windows & Various Web Browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
- Good time management skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and / or related on-the-job experience.
Salary Range
$75,000 - $90,000 / year
