We are adding an ERP Training/Implementation Specialist II to the team that trains and implements customers on ERP & Inventory Manager platform software products. This role involves on-site and virtual sessions/meetings.

Responsibilities
- Inquiring, reviewing, and analyzing customers’ existing processes and requirements to provide recommendations when transitioning during software implementation
- Identifying product improvements
- Validating new product releases
- Assisting with maintaining & refining implementation project plan
- Being a facilitator working with, collaborating, and partnering with other team members to achieve department goals
- Some travel – Paid for by company
- Making suggestions on refining the training process on product functionality via online sessions
- Identifying new features and functionality needed
- Assisting with creating and maintaining Help File and User Manual documentation
- Assisting with creating and presenting training webinars
- Become a mentor to incoming Level I Training/Implementation Specialist
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science (BA or BS) or related on the job experience
- 3-5 Years of manufacturing or supply chain management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office – especially Word & Excel
- Effective time management skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Good understanding of database driven & Web Based applications
- Independent problem solving and ability to create “outside the box” solutions
- 3-5 Years of ERP Software training & implementation
- Intermediate project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external parties
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows & Various Web Browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
- Ability to provide effective training
- Intermediate knowledge of software testing, quality assurance and troubleshooting
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science (BA or BS) or related on the job experience
Salary Range
$75,000 - $100,000 / year
