Job Description

QT9 Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation/Training Specialist to guide customers through go-live and post-go-live deployment of our Quality Management System (QMS). Bring your implementation and training/presentation expertise, and we will help you become an internal QMS expert! Lead/Supervisory experience is a preferred and may open doors for eventual advancement within the organization.

Join us to create and launch implementation plans, guide customers on data import requirements, support training/implementation projects like training content videos, lead Q&A Sessions for internal and external customers, and strive to handle more complex implementations and departmental initiatives.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of implementation and training experience.
  • High level understanding of creating and executing implementation plans and best practices.
  • Refined verbal communication and concise writing skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Lead/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in Camtasia or video editing is a plus..
  • Data import experience is a plus but not required.
  • ERP experience is a plus.
  • ISO9001 / ISO13485 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers into QMS and train them on various modules.
  • Contribute to training content creation and maintenance.
  • Gather and import customer data during initial stages of implementation.
  • Address general and escalated customer concerns/support tickets.
  • Work cross-functionally to build customer trust through higher quality, more efficient onboarding.
  • Share knowledge with counterparts including Customer Success during and after implementation.
  • Mentor incoming Level I Training/Implementation Specialist.
  • Some travel (less than 10%), company-paid.
