in Quality Management and ERP software solutions. We are adding a Video Content Developer to our
marketing team to create videos and media for lead generation, product training, and support.
Job Summary
QT9 Software is seeking a positive, passionate and experienced Video Content Developer to plan,
create and edit video content on-site in a fun working environment! As Video Content Developer, you
will be a member of the marketing team and work collaboratively across all parts of the organization to
create a variety of videos that support corporate goals and brand objectives. The ideal candidate has
experience with video production, creative storytelling and editing across various digital platforms. If this

Responsibilities
- Video Production: Develop for social media platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn and more.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing team on creating videos that promote QT9products, product training, customer case studies and branding. Proactively manage content.
- Research and Analytics: Stay up to date with keyword research, monitor video performance, analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met and videos are delivered on time.
- Flexibility: Thrive in a continuously changing environment while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable.
- Video Editing: Edit and find footage, create screen recordings of QT9 software, and add engaging special effects, animations and high-quality sound.
- Storytelling: Use creative techniques and effective hooks to engage our audience.
- Optimization: Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms, considering best practices for video length, resolution, format, and audience engagement.
- Drive Sales Leads: Encourage sales leads to take action by visiting our website, scheduling a demo, requesting a quote and/or starting QT9 software trial.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ video production and editing experience
- Experience with video shooting and camera equipment
- Drive for accuracy and doing what’s right
- Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Video SEO: Experience optimizing videos for search engines
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects orsimilar
- Go-Getter who takes initiative to get things done
- Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and video conceptualization skills
- Cinematography & Filming Techniques: Create visually appealing videos through knowledge ofcamera operations, lighting setups and composition
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BA or BS) or related on-the-job experience
Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000 / year
