QT9 ERP’s new Rework Module enables manufacturers to generate and manage rework directly from returns, existing inventory or work in process. The module lets manufacturers route rework through controlled workflows, ensuring full traceability while recovering value.

New Shop Floor Module features enhance control over material allocation and usage on the production floor. Teams can view all open material requirements in one place, print pick lists and assign materials across multiple jobs. This improves coordination between planning and production while helping ensure materials are available where and when they’re needed.
