Nonconformance Management

It is a wider concept than nonconforming product specifically, since it also covers process nonconformances, such as a procedure not being followed, and system-level nonconformances, such as a missed internal audit.

What is Nonconformance Management?

Nonconformance management covers the identification and resolution of any failure to meet a specified requirement, not just defective physical products.
